Critical: Professionalism, Responsiveness Issue with a print job which was recognised and then when attempting to resolve have been completely ghosted/ignored by our contact and the print shop itself. Incredibly frustrating and unprofessional.

The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Even when you just want a single copy of a document they are very helpful. I have also sent emails for photocopies and it is ready and waiting for me before the hour is up. Well done to the staff at Hobs Repro Tower Bridge Outstanding service

Top quality shop they deserve a 10 star. I needed to do some small time scanning and printing for a visa application, and they were super patient and helpful even though I spent upwards of an hour in their shop! Also very reasonable prices and quick service, I can't recommend this shop enough!

Was frantically looking for a place to print my DHL parcel labels around London/Tower Bridge and came across their shop online. Luckily they were already open (a lot of the places were still closed due to COVID or worse, forever shut down.). The gentleman there kindly helped me out. Printing only took a few minutes. Very efficient!

So happy I found this place! They do lots of professional printing but they didn't mind that I only wanted to photocopy. They handled my documents with great care and diligently checking every page before handing them back to me. Really pleasant environment, highly recommend!
