From one printer to other, believe me I know good work when I see it! Bishops took on an urgent 3 digital booklets run on our behalf. Not only did they turn it around in two working days. I was kept informed to the progress at each stage and the time it would be ready. The the digital quality was just outstanding, the saddle stitched page spreads aligned perfectly. So a very well done to all those involved at Bishops and a big thank you for getting us out of that proverbial hole.

We'd used Bishops printers before and they were initially very good. Because of this we went back to them. Unfortunately the second time round they weren't so good. Due to a very unclear e-mail from Andy Strong they printed out leaflets on the wrong size. When I queried this I was met with an extremely unprofessional attitude for Mr Strong. He was aggressive and rude. I then spoke to Andy's sales manager who agreed that the e-mail was unclear and he'd have done it differently.
Despite this, the company were unwilling to rectify the issue and re-print the order (which came to 27/28). They did offer a reduced price but for the sake of 27/28 they weren't prepared to take it on the chin. There are plenty of printers in the Portsmouth area so I'll definitely be finding another one! It's a shame they don't value customer service.

I use Bishops for a range of our printed marketing materials and am always impressed by their professional and courteous approach and the "can do" way they deal with my varied print projects. Receiving Quotes back quickly, even when I ask for multiple variants, as well as any media samples, and discussing alternative options when I ask for advice. I have just had a LARGE 164pp brochure produced with tabs, wiro bound, over sized covers and gloss lamination, and even against a tight deadline they never overpromised but once again didn't let me down. The brochure is beautiful - thank you Bishops, I highly recommend you!
