Very poor customer service, disorganised and the paper stock delivered on two occasions are not what was discussed, agreed and as per the sample they provided initially before giving the go ahead. They are reluctant in admitting their mistakes considering we have specified and consistently communicated to make sure it is the stock and the finish we require prior to processing the job.
The first stock they delivered is a very thin paper stock, then the second they delivered a silk stock which does not absorb the ink - both were specified we did not want initially in the briefing. In the end the deadline has gone, they have given us no choice loosing out on business due to their incompetence. Will be reporting this matter to the trading standards.
